Making your own popcorn can be a fun and healthy experience. The ones that I find at the cinemas are usually very buttery and salty, which is why it tastes so good. But, I always find that my skin starts to develop a new pimple whenever I have those oily popcorn. So it makes me avoid buying and eating them.
If I am at home, I can make my own popcorn and add some other ingredients so that it’s healthy. I can enjoy them while watching a great movie with friends. It’s also better for the waistline too.
Here’s a good recipe idea that I decided to experience with. Watch my video demonstration!
1 1/2 tablespoons Miessence Berry Radical
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon powder
1 1/2 tablespoon raw sugar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 Cup organic popcorn kernels
- Combine Berryradical, cinnamon, sugar, and salt, in a small bowl and set aside.
- Use popcorn machine to pop popcorn kernels and add powder mixture into popcorns while they are still hot
- Give it a good mix until you are satisfied with the coating of popcorns
